Birthday Pieces ships items by weight. You will be given all available shipping methods and costs prior to checkout. Your costs for shipping are based on the weight of your products, and your zip code. Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize and it is not a holiday.

Orders that are placed Saturday, Sunday, on holidays, or after 3 PM EST will ship out the next business day. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days. If you order on a weekend or a holiday, or on a business day after 3 PM EST , your shipping time would be Next Business Day + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time. For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day Air on a weekend or a holiday, or on a business day after 3 PM EST, your shipment will arrive in 3 business days. This means your total delivery time will be 1 business day (it ships out one business day after you place your order) + 2 business days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your doorstep in 3 business days. If you ship an item UPS Next Day Air Saver, it will arrive the next day only if you place your order before 3 PM EST on a business day, and only if the next day is also a business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs will be given to you before you finalize your order. If you wish, you can go back and change shipping methods to see the difference in price before submitting your order. If an item is oversized, your order may be subject to additional shipping charges, based on the dimensional weight of the package. If this is the case, you will be notified and a response will be required before we can ship your order. If your order is not deliverable to the address provided or if it is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs charged by the carrier to send it back to us.
