Birthday Pieces allows returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED, ONLY MERCHANDISE COSTS. Orders that received free shipping are may be subject to a 'shipping charge' deduction from their refund which will equal the cost of our original shipping. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Returned items must still be in the new condition, and remain in their original packaging. Any signs of use or damage to the item will not be accepted.

When returning an order, you must first submit the return form ( Click to submit return form) to initiate the return process. After getting confirmation from us, send the package back and the shipping receipt inside. We will examine the products returned and will verify whether they are eligible for return. If everything checks out then the original payment method used will be credited. If not, then the items will be sent back.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to send your return via a traceable method to the correct address.
